Dr. Chu leads our engineering initiatives with exceptional expertise in aerospace and systems engineering. In his previous role as Chief Operation Officer and Acting Director of Engineering at a major technology organization, he managed complex technical operations and engineering teams. His experience as a Visiting Specialist at Academia Sinica, Taiwan’s premier academic research institution, reflects his contributions to advanced scientific research. As former Chief Engineer at Taiwan’s National Space Organization, Dr. Chu directed sophisticated aerospace projects and systems development. With a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia, he brings rigorous technical knowledge and systems thinking to our engineering challenges.
