Dr. Gary possesses over three decades of experience in nuclear and high-energy physics, specializing in forming diverse teams to tackle complex engineering challenges. Previously as CEO of Adelphi Technology, he spearheaded the commercialization and production of neutron generators, making the company a world leader in laboratory neutron sources. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and his M.B.A. from Heriot Watt University.
